How Will My Order Be Delivered?
We use Australia Post Parcel Delivery with Tracking and Signature on Delivery included as standard.
To ensure the safe arrival of your purchase we require a signature as proof of delivery for all orders, including delivery to PO Box addresses. If no one is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the order, Australia Post will leave a calling card with details on how to collect your parcel.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
From date of despatch, your delivery is estimated to take approximately 2-7 working days within Australia, depending upon your location. Delivery times may unavoidably longer during busy periods such as Christmas and Promotional Sales.
If there are any foreseeable delays in despatching your order, we will contact you immediately.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
We only deliver within Australia at present. This may change in the future and if so, will be updated here.
Has My Order Been Despatched Yet?
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be despatched. As soon as your order is despatched we will send you an email including the Australia Post Tracking Number so you can easily check delivery progression.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, you can track your order. On the day your order is despatched we’ll send you an email which will include an Australia Post Tracking Number. You can track your order anytime at http://auspost.com.au/track/ using the tracking number provided in your Order Confirmation email.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Orders A$100 or more: Free Standard Postage, including Tracking & Signature on Delivery.
Orders A$99 or less: A$9.95 Standard Postage, including Tracking & Signature on Delivery.
